Fusions Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring each shift goes off without a hitch. As Team Leader you will provide duty management coverage across all aspects of the centre while on shift, jumping in where ever needed while ensuring customers are happy, team members are clearly communicated with and are deployed to the right places. This role really gives you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business in preparation for your next career step.

The successful Team Leader will have:
• A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification
• First Aid at Work Certificate (training available)
• Pool Plant Operator qualification (training available)
• Supervisory experience in the hospitality or service industry
• Experience of working in wet operations (lifeguarding, swim teaching or Trainer Assessor)
• Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
• Good numerical and written skills
