Are you an experienced and inspirational leader of people? Do you have experience working in the health and social care or criminal justice sector, or possess highly transferable skills to manage a team of Nurse practitioners, recovery workers, therapists and administrators in the drug and alcohol sector?
If so, our client, a well-established charity that supports people to make positive behavioural changes, most notably with alcohol and drug misuse, and mental health, would like to hear from you now.
Managing staff within the service to ensure they are well informed, inspired and engaged with the strategic objectives of the charity, you’ll help ensure compliance with the external regulatory bodies, such as CQC, whilst working closely with colleagues in the Operations Leadership team.
You’ll be directed to specialise in one of the following areas – young people, criminal justice, hospital liaison and substance misuse, whilst supporting the management and quality assurance teams improve standards and develop the charities service.
In return your salary of £22,750 - £27,016, dependent on skills and experience, represents a 37.5 hour, Monday to Friday working week in their South London office. In addition you’ll embrace the opportunity to occasionally travel to other service locations, whilst living out the charities core values through you every day work.
