Our School is a popular school for students aged 11-18 with approximately 1000 students on roll. We are situated in a highly desirable location in Buckinghamshire in the Aylesbury Vale area with a wide range of available amenities. To complement the surrounding rural location, the school is well placed for commuting to London with an excellent rail service, we are also well served by the M40 which directly links to Oxford.

Our relentless journey of improvement includes a sharp focus on teaching and learning so that we strive to become better and better as a school. Technology lessons are exciting and varied, offering learners a chance to become independent designers who strive for the highest standards. We enable our students to ‘Aspire and Achieve’ through a wide variety of practical and creative experiences. Design and technology is taught at KS3, 4 and 5, with a carousel operating in KS3 for all students.

We have six classrooms where Food, Textiles, Materials Technology and CAD/CAM are taught. Each room is very well-equipped with specialist equipment, including a range of CAD/CAM machines linked to computers, including a Laser Cutter and Sublimation Printer. Students follow the AQA Technical Awards in Materials Technology and Fashion and Textiles along with GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition and we offer GCE Fashion and Textiles at Key Stage five.

We can offer you:
