Our client is the UK’s biggest independent provider of swimming tuition. Working hours for the role will include Monday – Friday afternoons and weekend mornings. Additional hours may be required; therefore, flexibility will be advantageous.
Your responsibilities as a swimming instructor will include providing exceptional customer service, recording student attendance, logging student progress and working closely with your area business manager to ensure the continuing commercial success of the company and its venues.
In order to be successful with your application, it’s essential that you have an ASA Level 2 or an STA full swimming instructor qualification (or the equivalent international qualification).
You’ll also need to have exceptional communication skills, experience in a customer-facing environment, a current lifesaving qualification and excellent swimming ability.
Successful applicants will also need to attend an in-water interview to demonstrate that they can swim to a high standard.
