Job Description

GLL is looking for a Product Manager for the Tom Daley Diving Academy based at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London. GLL have partnered with Tom Daley since 2014 when we launched the Tom Daley Diving Academy. The Tom Daley Diving Academy is an emerging product at GLL - it i's a high-profile product with it's flagship programme based at the London Aquatics Centre where Tom himself trains. The programme has now taught over 5,000 people to dive by providing lessons in GLL's pools and diving facilities across the UK - and our ambitious plans envisage even more growth. We're now looking for a driven Product Manager to join the team at this exciting time.

Although you won't be having meetings with Tom Daley every day, he is actively involved. Most of your time will be spent planning Academy growth at new facilities or increasing capacity and awareness of existing programmes. Responsible for the management of the Tom Daley Diving Academy, this varied role will see you involved in everything from co-ordinating projects through to communication, performance monitoring, resource management, product development and business development.

Your knowledge and experience in leisure and/or product management will have given you excellent communication skills and allow you to develop strong relationships around the business which will be key as there will be travel to face-to-face meetings. Organised, financially astute and with a results-driven approach, you'll plan and review projects throughout their lifecycle, prepare business plans and reports and ensure you involve the right people at the right time or any project.
