Futureactive are looking for a teacher of Physical Education/School Sport Coordinator (SSCo) with enthusiasm and motivation who is interested in joining a forward-thinking Primary school in West London in which the Sports Partnership is hosted. The role is a permanent position from September 2020
We are looking for a qualified PE teacher (QTS), a committed professional with excellent communication skills who is IT literate with the ability to adapt to a variety of situations. You will be working with 15 schools across the borough of Ealing, working alongside Primary teachers to help increase their confidence and expertise in delivering high-quality PE lessons, as well as delivering PE lessons and assisting with extra-curricular activities. You'll also be involved in helping to roll out a packed programme of school games across the borough.
The school is a host site for the National School Games strategy and since its introduction in 2011 have consistently achieved very highly against the expected outcomes including being recognised for providing participation rates in the top 10% nationally. The school is an award-winning school for its sports programmes.
You will be supported by a dedicated and passionate department and will have many different tools at your disposal to provide the best Physical Education lessons. The school was rated GOOD across the board in their last Ofsted inspection.
