With experience of learn to swim programmes, you're seeking a managerial role and keen to work with one of the sports top brands, to ensure a quality delivery of their learn to swim programme in the Botlon area.
Responsible for the management of the learn to swim programmes in your cluster across your designated venues, you will ensure an excellent standard of customer care for swimmers and their families on every visit ensuring a safe, fun and progressive environment for learning to swim.
You will be responsible for influencing a positive net member movement of your programme in line with budgeted expectations through the retention of existing customers and keen to work towards ambitious KPIs set around customer retention
Equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you're a supremely organised self-starter, able to not only manage a diverse workforce but your own time and targets. You will enjoy the freedom of a field based role, which comes with a car allowance benefit, making the ability to drive a must.
