Futureactive are assisting an Oxfordshire Secondary School to recruit a girls PE teacher to cover maternity leave from September 2017 through until the end of the academic year, possibly longer, with a chance that the role may become permanent.
As a qualified PE teacher, you're capable of teaching across the age and ability range including GCSE PE, at this 11-18 school, situated just a few short miles from Oxford, in a beautiful part of the country. The ability to also teach A level PE in addition would be a distinct advantage.
As well as possessing well honed ICT skills, you are an accomplished classroom manager, expecting high standards of behaviour from all your students. As a result you'll bring energy and passion to your lessons through your creative teaching style.
You're a supreme time manager, organised and efficient, but equally important, you a great team player, capable of supporting colleagues as you work towards a shared departmental vision, lead by an experienced and passionate Head of Department. An important part of this is your dedication to extra curricular activities, which forms such an integral part of school life.
Can you see yourself working in this school? Are you an experienced PE teacher seeking a new challenge or a newly qualified teacher seeking your first appointment? If so why not submit your application NOW or get in touch for more details.
