A Specialist School in Ascot that provides education for children and young people aged between 4-19 years who have a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Condition and associated disorders, is seeking an EYFS teacher for an immediate start.
The school has recently received a “Good” Ofsted inspection (Feb 2019) and has its Autism Accreditation mark.
This forward looking and ambitious school are looking to appoint an EYFS teacher with an in depth knowledge of the National Curriculum. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities or autism is desirable but not essential. You must, however, possess a willingness to undertake in-house and external training and a positive mindset towards developing as a teacher.
The teacher should ideally have the knowledge of supporting students with autism and be enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and learning. In addition, the school are willing to upskill an outstanding teacher who has an interest in ASC.
