What is a Team Leader/ Duty Manager?
A team leader/ duty manager is responsible for ensuring that the customer experience is positive and that there are no problems for either customers or staff.

What do they do?
In this role, you will have to ensure you're prepared for all eventualities. You're tasks may vary from ensuring all team members are in the right place at the right time to answering customer queries.

What qualifications do I need to become a Team Leader/ Duty Manager?
-First aid at work AED
-Valid NPLQ (CPD Training up to date).

What skills/experience will an employer look for?
-Good communication skills both verbally and written
-Excellent Team Leader
-Good basic computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
-Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
-Cash- handling skills, working with Gladstoneplus2.
