This post is full-time (40 hours per week) and presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and hard-working individual to join our team, based at Vicarage Road Stadium. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising, implementing and managing the Premier League & BT Disability Programme.  The role will also include some delivery, whilst the programme is growing and developing.  The Manager will work with partners to develop and deliver a local programme of activities and events, which creates opportunities for disabled people to have positive experiences in football/sport.  It will also include developing match day initiatives and volunteer engagement.  The Manager will help to develop and support staff in making activities more inclusive across the Trust’s work and look at ways to remove the barriers preventing disabled people from participating.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years’ experience of delivering disability football / sports provision.
  • 1st 4sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football.
  • Experience of managing or supervising staff/volunteers.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
  • Experience of project/event management.
  • A full and valid UK Driving License as well as access to a vehicle for work.
