Futureactive are recruiting passionate and committed swimming instructors, who have a parent and baby teaching qualification and can deliver high standard swimming lessons.
Our client is the UK’s biggest independent provider of swimming tuition. Working hours for the role will include Monday – Friday afternoons and weekend mornings. Additional hours may be required; therefore, flexibility will be advantageous.
Your responsibilities as a swimming instructor will include providing exceptional customer service, recording student attendance, logging student progress and working closely with your area business manager to ensure the continuing commercial success of the company and its venues.
In order to be successful with your application, it’s essential that you have an ASA Level 2 or an STA full swimming instructor qualification (or the equivalent international qualification).You’ll also need to have exceptional communication skills, experience in a customer-facing environment, excellent swimming ability and up-to-date knowledge of the sport.
A current lifesaving qualification is preferred, although this can be provided if necessary. Successful applicants will also need to attend an in-water interview to demonstrate that they can swim to a high standard.
