You’ll become a valued member of a diverse but together team, sharing a common mission and vision. As an outgoing individual with excellent communication skills, you’ll be forging important relationships across the Sports, Health and Fitness and Active Leisure Sectors, driving our full recruitment and job board packages.
Once trained by our knowledgeable sales team, you’ll be given clear targets to hit, attractive financial incentives to spur you on and all the support you’ll need to become a roaring success. We’ll then wind you up and release out in to a world of opportunity!
Innovative, resourceful and confident on the phone, you’ll be a great team player, with first class communication and organisation skills, results orientated, with a love of all things sporty and active. Your likeable nature will enable you to build a rapport with clients, creating strong and lasting relationships and driving ongoing sales.
Based in our newly built, modern, town centre office, in Ware, Hertfordshire, you’ll benefit from working in a bustling community, with excellent transport links (5 min walk to Train station and A1, A10 and M25 within easy access) and relish the opportunity to work in a forward thinking company with a proven track record of developing individuals’ careers.
On Target Earnings (OTE) for year 1 is £35,000. With uncapped commission on your sales, though, there is a significant opportunity to earn much more. It’ll all be down to how much you want it!
