We are seeking an experienced Swim/Leisure Facility Manager or a highly experienced Swim Programme Manager who is passionate about creating a world class environment for learning to swim, in bespoke learn to swim centres.
You’ll work for one of the most exciting brands in the sector, lead by an Olympic Swimmer, who aims to revolutionize the industry. You’ll be an integral part of this dream, not only managing the day to day operating of the centre but helping to realise the vision; to change the way children learn to swim!

As an inspirational leader, you’ll recruit and develop an outstanding team, capable of providing the highest level of service and customer experience, whilst overseeing all training and development, ensuring they are aligned to the companies values
A trained swimming teacher, your experience managing a leisure facility means you’re well equipped to oversee and develop all aspects of the facility, whilst helping drive the business forward in this new bespoke centre.
