A leading provider of activity camps and active wrap around care provision is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of its centres based in around Oxford.
You're passionate about sport, have a track record of working with children in a coaching/activity/education environment and are seeking a new challenge with responsibility.
Working alongside the Managing Director you will manage all aspects of the activity camp centres, including liaising with venues, staff management, compliance and marketing.
Whilst this may be your first managerial role, you’ll possess the range of skills necessary to hit the ground running, which will include coaching at one of your centres during the school holiday time.
This is a 4 day a week role during term time and 5 days during the school holidays.
