A forward-thinking independent, day and boarding school, which provides an exceptional education to over 950 girls aged 2 – 18 is seeking a Head of Economics, Business Studies and Enterprise Education for either January or April 2022.

The Economics, Business Studies and Enterprise Department is dynamic and successful, examination grades are excellent and the subjects are popular with a strong uptake in both at A level.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced teacher of Economics and Business Studies to lead a department of four staff in the delivery of both subjects at both GCSE and A-Level.
Candidates must have experience of teaching both subjects to a demonstrably high standard. The role also requires responsibility for Enterprise Studies which includes the Young Enterprise programme, as well as the development and leadership of a range of curricular and extracurricular activities aimed at fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for Economics and Business across Years 7 to 13.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, show commitment to self-improvement and to the extracurricular life of the department and that of the school.
