What is a Contract Manager?
A contract manager is responsible for strategic development, activity participation levels as well as the success of the business from a commercial aspect.
What do they do?
As a contract manager, your tasks include leading a team of people and being responsible for their well-being as well as the facilities and customers. Also further roles include; maintaining excellent customer relations with clients as well as being responsible for the business image to the public in the community.
What qualifications do I need to become an Contract Manager?
-A degree level qualification in Business/ Communication related degree
-Health and Safety Qualification
-5 years of experience in Multi-Site Management of Leisure facilities
-Understanding of P & L and budget analysis

The Salary in this Job varies, but the basic rate is around £50k per year.
