A customer sales and relations manager is responsible for ensuring the business is attracting new customers whilst also retaining current customers.
What do they do?
They are charged with the task of motivating other team members and making sure that goals are met in terms of sales figures. Further they are responsible for customer satisfaction by continually ensuring responses to enquiries, feedback as well as complaints at a fast rate.
