I've become a Futureactive team member having worked across the skills and employment landscape in sport and leisure for the last 15 years. I work on brand promotion, maintaining and enhancing the team's  industry knowledge, nurturing business development opportunities and in an executive search capacity across the sport sector. 

Currently heading up my own consultancy and advocacy business, I'm well recognised for my expertise around Apprenticeships, skills policy and training brokerage. I'm a passionate believer in high quality careers advice and designing appropriate pathways for young people into employment. I sit on the boards of Active Essex and Parkour UK, as well as holding a number of other business interests with Switch the Play and Sport for Confidence.
