1st Step Sports' Limited are an expanding sports coaching company with an exceptional reputation for providing high quality and 'value for money' sports coaching into Primary Schools by delivering National Curriculum PE lessons and extra curricular clubs, or our very popular and well attended school holiday activity camps..

The company was set up in 2005 by Paul Jones (PJ) to help support schools and local children by delivering quality, safe and affordable sports coaching. Paul took the company to the next level in 2010 by franchising the 1st Step Sports' brand. In 2015 the company was accredited to the British Franchise Association as an Associate Member, further enhancing the companies' reputation as an ethical franchisor and securing our credentials as a "good" franchise company.      

All staff are fully qualified by the relevant national governing bodies and every member of staff attends safeguarding children workshops and first-aid courses as well as being DBS / CRC checked every 2/3 years.

We are very aware of the increasing obesity levels in children and, therefore, we believe in providing quality, safe sports coaching to help combat this national problem. All our services are tailored for boys and girls of every ability and we aim to make every session and camp as fun and relaxed as possible, encouraging the children to express themselves and develop through sport and recreational activites.
